The aim of this project is to create and market a new Open Access “soundscape” journal, demonstrating – through instructional guidance documents – the feasibility of creating and running journals in an open access format. The project team will research and publicize best practices in journal management, storage, preservation, display, and discovery. By the end of the funding period, we will have produced a set of ‘how to’ documents and begun the process of establishing ASU Library as a key leader in supporting Open Access Journals through a series of on-line coffee talks and open meetings at selected conferences.
